Getting Started

1. Gather a scrapbook of notes, photos, and articles that you have collected.

2. Get together with your family and ask them for their input and wish lists.

3. Come up with a budget you can live with.

4. Draw a rough sketch of your floor plan and take measurements (or, if building, get floor plan from architect or builder).

5. If you would like, print and fill out, the Kitchen Planning Guide.

6. Call us to make an appointment, or stop by the showroom to browse.

Visiting Our Showroom

When you come to our showroom for your appointment, we will. . .

1. Answer any questions you may have about our products on display as well as all services we offer.

2. Discuss your "wish list", ideas and floor plan.

3. Offer a realistic ballpark price for the products and services you desire.

If you like what we have to offer:

1. We will come to your home to take exact measurements

2. We will discuss any structural changes and other design ideas

The second time you visit our showroom:

1. We will create a design, and draft perspectives, elevations, and floor plan

2. We will provide you with a price for the complete project.

If Your Decide to Retain Us . . .

1. We will proceed to customize and tailor your design project to meet your needs.

2. We will provide professional planning and design services, floor plans and perspective drawings for you.

3. We will set up meetings to discuss design and pricing options and discuss any modifications you would like to make.

4. We will provide you with an exact price upon final selection of design, products, and services.

The Installation Process

1. We offer installation services by experienced craftsmen. We will install only cabinets and countertops or provide a complete remodeling job from tearout to painting and papering. Our goal is to assure that your project proceeds as smoothly as possible, resulting in the kitchen of your dreams.

2. We will make arrangements with you, your builder, and/or your architect to coordinate the installation.

3. To ensure a quality installation, we will meet with our installers prior to installation to discuss the details of your plan and installation.
